The project involved creating a thoughtful volumetric design that not only maximizes air flow but also
enhances the visual connection with the breathtaking sea views. The proposal features a central patio,
which serves as the heart of the home, providing natural ventilation to the secondary rooms located at
the front of the house. This design decision ensures that each space benefits from fresh air and light,
promoting a comfortable living environment.
In the second section of the house, a spacious kitchen is seamlessly integrated with a doble-height
living room. This arrangement is carefully designed to maximize the view of the ocean, allowing natural
light to flood the interior while creating an inviting atmosphere for both relaxation and entertainment.
The living room’s expansive windows frame the stunning ocean vista, making it a focal point of the
home.
Moreover, this area is also connected to an outdoor terrace, a beautifully designed pool, and a social area situated right at the beach, creating an ideal space for gatherings and leisure activities. The
outdoor features complement the indoor spaces, fostering a harmonious flow between nature and the
home.
On the second floor, the main bedroom is strategically positioned to offer a full, unobstructed view
