Casa Dos Sueños is a restored house located in the historic center of Mérida, previously housing an air
conditioning workshop. The project aimed to preserve the essence of the original house by restoring
its typical characteristics while integrating new spaces to maximize natural light and ventilation. The
property’s layout, consisting of three bays interspersed by two patios, was respected and highlighted,
simplifying its volumetry
